What about moving some of the content to other people's servers? Use bandwidth from volunteers that already have their own web sites up and running. I'd be willing to volunteer space and bandwidth.

Ryan,

I'd wholeheartedly recommend Dreamhost. I really recommend you at least call them.

Use this link to get to their site http://www.dreamhost.com/r.cgi?johnengler as it'll get me a referral, and I'll make a little cash on the deal, which I'll turn around and donate to the MacDesktops bill...

I'm also totally willing to call them on your behalf and try and negotiate a better deal for you (if I can help you do that, that is).

Hope you're well...

The site is definitely slower, but otherwise fine as far as I can notice.

I also switched away from godaddy after they treated me poorly. I highly recommend getting a hosting plan at dreamhost. They have a good web interface that lets you put caps on your monthly usage.
