		<description>Hi, Ryan,
Wonderful site, as usual; I try to download pix every day.
As for the election, like most burned liberals, I was afraid something bizarre like 2000 would happen, and of course we shouldn&#039;t have worried. Your map was quite prescient, if a little overoptimistic, but who cares? Now I hope my president [I can say that after eight years] and the Dems can get just a small portion of his agenda done before Americans begin swinging right again. Oh, for national health care without insurance companies, expanded Medicare.....
Actually, what I would most like to see is real, consistent vote reform and regulation, so that the voting procedures are fair and uniform across the United States. Where you can vote from anywhere over, say, a one-week period, with paper verification that each vote was correctly received and counted. I believe we can accomplish this now, but can we trust government to do it? Since government is made up of fallible people, I have my doubts. But wouldn&#039;t it be nice...
Anyway, hope all is well with you, and thanks very much for doing what you do, and keep doing it.
